The bedrooms consist of a double with a balcony, a double and a single, all serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside is an enclosed, front decking with garden furniture and roadside parking. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop, an on-site pub and a beach in 0.6 miles. Two, well-behaved, small dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Lowestoft is the more tranquil of the two towns, yet it still has the Blue Flag sandy beach and close proximity to Africa Alive and Pleasurewood Hills. In addition to its proximity to the charming nearby Norfolk Broads, the city of Norwich is home to a castle, cathedral, museums, contemporary shopping centres, and a daily market.
