This property forms the largest section of a high spec barn conversion in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. It is ideally located close to the Suffolk Coast and the Norfolk/Suffolk border, approximately two and a half hours from London. This is the ideal base from which to explore both the fossil coast and the county of East Anglia. The location offers easy access to the coastal locations of Hopton, Gorleston, Somerleyton, Southwold and Dunwich, an idyllic spot for keen walkers and bird watchers. Why not take some scenic walks along the River Waveney with its abundance of wildlife? RSPB Minsmere and National Trust Dunwich Heath bird reserve are also within easy reach for a lovely beach walk and wildlife spotting. Norwich, with its famous cathedral, is less than 20 miles away; or why not explore the stunning waterways of the Norfolk Broads by hiring a boat for the day? If you are a beach lover, then the golden sands of Gorleston and Lowestoft beach are only a short drive away. If you love wild animals, then don t miss out on the zoo at Africa Live in Kessingland. Complete with limestone floors, stunning artwork throughout and granite surfaces, you enter this splendid barn via the French doors and arrive at a bright, spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. There is an instant feeling of spaciousness together with the stylish finish and meticulous attention to detail it feels like it transports you to somewhere in Italy. There are two lounge areas to enjoy some social downtime. One section has two sofas that surround a wood burner, perfect for those chilly nights. The other section has a sofa surrounding a large Smart TV and seats up to nine guests you can stream or watch your favourite shows with loved ones. The chef amongst you will love the space in the well equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing a meal on the large gas hob and electric oven. There is a separate utility room with a dishwasher and washing machine. You also have a large bespoke kitchen island complete with two bar stools should anyone want to grab a light snack. The large formal dining table can seat up to ten people, so no problem if you have any extra guests over for dinner, and just off the kitchen, is a separate ground floor WC. Wow your guests with a dedicated drinks bar complete with an optic dispenser cabinet to store your favourite tipple. Heading up the beautiful, custom made staircase you arrive on the large landing leading to three bedrooms, one emperor size and one double both with en suite bathrooms with jacuzzi baths with shower over and one double with en suite shower room. All bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV, chest of drawers, wardrobe. All the bathrooms have granite sinks to offer that luxurious feel. The courtyard and gardens are accessed via the French doors off the kitchen. Here you have a shared courtyard and your own dedicated limestone constructed seating area with beautiful plants surrounding the olive tree. All guests have access to a hot tub to soak away those tired muscles and stargaze in blissful surroundings. There is private off road parking for up to three cars.
