The Apartment (Berwick-upon-Tweed) is an outstanding ground-floor, two bedroom apartment which has been converted and finished to an extremely high standard, from what was originally the Quaker meeting house, built in 1749. The building has been creatively converted into unique apartments which will capture the imagination of those seeking a charming coastal hideaway within the heart of this historic border town.
The Apartment is a short walk from the town centre with a selection of shops on either Castlegate or Marygate including books, antiques, vintage shop as well as a variety of coffee shops or walk around the outstanding Elizabethan walls of the Old Town - a testament to Berwick’s turbulent past defending England from the Scots.
