3 well appointed holiday cottages all with living accommodation 3 bedrooms 2 shower rooms 1 bathroom with shower sleeps 6 people 2 bedrooms with double bed 1 bedroom with twin beds in each cottage wheelchair access throughout ground floor. Set in the grounds of Bowden Springs Fishery with fishing available all year. Decking at rear with unspoiled views of the surrounding countryside. Linlithgow 10-15mins by car and Edinburgh and Glasgow easily reached by car or by train from Linlithgow each 25-40 minutes by train. Linlithgow itself is steeped in history housing the Royal Palace which was the birthplace of Mary Queen of Scots. The high street boasts many local bars and restaurants and some very interesting small shops. Local attractions around Linlithgow include the Kelpies (mythical water horses) the Falkirk wheel the House of Binns to name but a few. 20 minutes takes you to South Queensferry with the stunning rail bridge and road bridge. There is also a new road bridge completed in 2017. Quite near by is the Five Sisters Zoo which gives close up views of bears and newly rescued lions, and of course Edinburgh Zoo have the pandas. You can easily visit Stirling Castle and the famous Wallace monument. You will really be spoiled for choice attractions within easy distance of our cottages.

Located in Linlithgow, this cottage is in a rural area and in the mountains. Linlithgow Burgh Halls and Annet House Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Delta Force Paintball Edinburgh and Funtastic Fantasy Golf. Traveling with kids? Consider Almond Valley Heritage Trust, or check out an event or a game at Almondvale Stadium.
