This detached cottage is close to the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre and within easy access of the east coast and inland to the Lincolnshire Wolds. Ground floor:
Kitchen/dining room: Galley style with electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
Bedroom: With double bed.
Bathroom: With bath, shower attachment and toilet.
First Floor:
Living room: With 42" Freeview Smart TV, DVD player, DAB radio, 4ft double sofa bed and limited headroom.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Enclosed garden with sitting-out areas and garden furniture. Paddock available at cost. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is a covered pond in front garden.. Set in the grounds of the owner’s home, this holiday property is ideal as a touring base for exploring the Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre close by, well known for its Lancaster bomber which does regular taxi runs.
The traditional seaside resort of Skegness is 20 minutes away, or why not go inland to the Lincolnshire Wolds, where you can explore the Wolds villages and enjoy refreshment in the countryside pubs. The Georgian market town of Louth is about a 25 minute drive away, and Horncastle, which boasts, many antique and collectibles shops, only 15 minutes away.
There is a dog training facility across the road, and there are good walks for both dogs and their owners from the door, as well as good cycle routes throughout the area. After a day exploring, the village pub is just over the road for food and drink. Beach 9 miles. Shop 150 yards, pub and restaurant 50 yards.

There is open water in the property grounds.
A fishing licence is required.

Located in Spilsby, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Lincolnshire Aviation Heritage Centre and Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Visitor Centre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Bolingbroke Castle and Tattershall Castle. Evergreens Miniature Railway and Harrington Hall Gardens are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing.
