Belvoir Cottage is a tranquil escape in the heart of the Belvoir Estate. This delightful home from home features a plethora of antiques, paired with comfortable soft furnishings to guarantee a relaxing stay. The private garden provides enough space to admire the estate's beauty from all angles before retreating indoors for an evening beside the open fire. Nearby, The Engine Yard features a selection of eateries to book at your leisure or you can make use of the many walking routes, cycling paths and activities on site.


The space

This gorgeous two-storey cottage is adorned with a tasteful combination of modern and traditional décor, all of which has been thoughtfully designed by the Dutchess of Rutland.



Step inside the delightful abode and into the well-equipped kitchen. Here, you will find everything you should need to self-cater with ease, including a fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Adjacent to the kitchen is a beautiful dining room with an eight-seater table to gather around. Plan your next adventure, sip the finest of wines or enjoy a delicious banquet together in this very sociable space. There is also a small WC.



Meanwhile, the comfortable living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Nestle into the comfortable sofas in front of the toasty open fire, all whilst immersing yourself in your favourite film on the Smart TV.



The ground floor features the first of four bedrooms, complete with a single bed and stunning antique décor.



Venture upstairs to the first floor where you will find three spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, luxurious soft furnishings and fluffy robes. There is also a shared bathroom with a shower and a bath.



Outside, you will have access to a large private garden and courtyard, so you can truly embrace the exceptional views across The Vale of Belvoir. Hot tubs are also available to hire locally at an additional cost.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel.



Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £500 prior to their stay.



Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you are legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
