This 8 birth Caravan is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Explore the sights and local attractions of Ingoldmells and Skegness - there is so much to see and do here. Spend a day at Hunstanton, or have family fun on the beach at Skegness Pier. Plus fantasy Island , Mablethorpe seaside, Chapel St Leonards and many more.

As a self-catering caravan, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle,
and a microwave, coffee machine.
The caravan is a perfect place to relax and offers a flat screen 40inch television plus dvd player and internet access which icurr charges due to being our own Internet not parks.

We mainly book Mon-fri & Fri-Mon, plus Sat-Sat, however, please enquire for other days.

The caravan has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a 2x twin beds
The third bedroom contains 2x twin beds.
In the lounge there is a sofa that turns in to a double sofa bed, so the holiday home can sleep up to 8 guests no more than 8 at any time.

We hire out our travel cots so incurr extra fees etc. please enquire, with Owner/s

We hire out high chair and push chair, which incurr extra fees please enquire with Owner/s

Any welcome/party packages/special Occasions check with the Owner/s in advance if arrival, many thanks these incurr extra charges/fees.

There is a toilet room with sink
Then a separate room with shower and sink

We provide bed linen, consisting of (mattress protectors & duvet and pillows
If requested we do supply bedding and bedding packages which incur extra costs, this is in the information the Owners send.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is @ 4pm and check-out is 10am.
-there is a refundable deposit to pay to the Owners which you get back once holiday home has been checked
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. Max 2'x cars.
- Pets are allowed at the property. Which incur extra costs.
-wifi is available at the property. Which incur extra costs.
-main leader must be 25yrs or older. (We do not except anyone younger)
- we do not expect group or same sex group bookings.
-no parking on the grass once unloaded cars, please move the cars of the grass.
-Do not go on grass at all if raining that's the sites rules as well.
- bedding is supplied at extra costs
- please bring own towels, toiletries etc.
-Caravan is only 8 person, we are not insured to exceed this amount and your booking will be cancelled or holiday, if found any guests exceeding this amount.
-If adding any additional guests after you have booked, will incurr additional/extra costs. So please check you have stated the amount of guests going, when booking. Because it is an 8 birth, does not mean you can just add on extra guests after you have booked, same with doggy guests.
- doggy guests are charged at extra fees, plus they are also added into your numbers to maximum of 8
- also babies/infants if 8 guests are booked you cannot then add a baby/infant/toddler/child etc to your numbers as this will exceed the maximum.
- once gas bottles are empty, the guests needs to contact the owner so the owner can get them replaced from the office, and the guests pay for the gas bottle. (This only applies to long term stays if the rental). Gas bottles are only delivered between 8am-5pm. (This is site rules not ours).

You can use the holiday home to relax & unwind, there is the chip shop on site, open 5pm-late.

It takes you to the beach and Barry's cafe.

Please check on travel insurance no one wants unfortunate circumstances to happen however, if the unfortunate circumstances was to happen whilst away its best too make sure your covered. We cannot express this enough to get Travel Insurance.
If any issues arises whilst away your to strictly go through to the Owner not the site office. Your booking is with us and is to be dealt with through us, until we've reached an agreement that's suitable for both parties. However, if you seek accommodation else where without confirmation with Owners, then your booking is no longer liable with ourselves and its then classed as a cancellation booking, which you will not be entitled to any refunds back or any other monies. Has the booking now is no longer valid with us.
We cannot express this enough to please make sure, everything is done through the Owner, prior to making any rash decisions that could effect you in long term.Thank You in Advance.
Remember these are only booking sites, it's the Owners then that sort everything else with you. Thank You In advance.

This apartment is located in Skegness. Skegness Clock Tower and Gunby Estate are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Hardy's Animal Farm and Addlethorpe Golf Club. Fantasy Island and Butlins are also worth visiting.
