It has four bedrooms; one ground floor king-size, one ground floor family room with 2 sets of children's bunks, one first floor king-size and one first floor twin. There is a ground floor bathroom and a first floor shower room. Downstairs has an open-plan living room with a fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a conservatory. Outside has a patio area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for two cars. Ty Taid is the perfect choice for a coastal retreat.

Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD player, a selection of books, games, DVDs and children's toys and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Travel cot, highchair and stair-gate available. Off-road parking for 2 cars, additional parking on roadside. Patio and lawn with furniture and barbecue area. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7 mins walk and pub 5 mins walk. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £300 for this property. Note: No hen/stag or similar groups. Note: Dogs are not to be in the bedrooms and please bring own dog beds, blankets and towels. Note: One side of the stairs is open with criss-crossed ropes, children must be supervised at all times. Note: This property sleeps a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children under the age of 12.
