Providing cosy and comfortable accommodation, your cottage boasts two staircases leading down to a spacious, fully fitted, lower ground floor kitchen. An archway leads through to the dining area, which has French doors that open out onto the garden. The ground floor offers a light and airy sitting room with open fire, and a reading room with study area, a sofa bed, a piano for the musically inclined and exercise bike for the more energetic! Doors lead out onto a balcony where you can enjoy the distant sea views and relax with a refreshing drink whilst soaking up the sun. The first floor offers three good sized bedrooms, and on the second floor there is a twin room with a fully equipped beverage point, with a fridge, microwave and sink. Outside are a climbing frame and swing and an enclosed side patio with small lawn, garden lights and furniture, offering a safe play haven for children, whilst the adults relax in the hot tub. With beaches less than 10 minutes' walk away, Venue Cymru and the centre of town within a mile and a half, this is a superb Llandudno cottage retreat at any time of the year.
