10 Riverview Cottage is a mid-terrace property resting within the centre of Holmfirth. It houses two ground-floor double bedrooms and an additional mezzanine second-floor double for any additional guests. There is also a ground-floor cloakroom and a first-floor bathroom with a shower over, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room, with a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen. 10 Riverview Cottage promises a wonderful retreat to Yorkshire.

Amenities: Washing machine, microwave, gas hob, electric oven and TV. Wifi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within a 2-minute walk. Note: This property is overdwelling, the roadside access is level with the road but there is a separate 2 storey property underneath. Note: The mezzanine bedroom is reached by very steep steps and therefore not suitable for those with mobility issues or young children. Note: Children are not to sleep on the mezzanine due to safety reasons.

Region: The ultimate in “year-round” appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Town: The Pennine town of Holmfirth is situated within the Holme Valley, on the edge of the West Yorkshire Pennines. The town was famous by the Last of The Summer Wine TV series, however it plays host to England’s finest live music venue, the Picturedrome. Also in the village, you will find a public swimming pool, parks and some shops and restaurants. Close by is the Peak District National Park, offering superb walking routes.

Located in Holmfirth, this cottage is in a rural area. Picturedrome and North Light Gallery are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Fox Valley and Pot House Hamlet. LaserZone and Cannon Hall Farm are also worth visiting. Be sure not to miss outdoor adventures like hiking/biking trails and cycling.
