A charming property for eight guests with comfortable lounge and dining room with French doors onto the large garden.
 
Situated midway between Swansea and Mumbles the property is close to the popular Woodman Pub and The Junction Cafe. It’s also close to Swansea University and a good option for cyclists with cycle paths into the Marina and Mumbles. Further afield, drive along the Gower Peninsular and step back in time with a visit to one of the many castles, stroll along the coastal paths and stop off at one of the fabulous beaches along the way.

First Floor

Bedroom 2 : double bed, storage space.
Bedroom 3 : twin beds, storage drawers and wardrobe.
Bedroom 4: twin beds storage, large double fronted wardrobe, ensuite shower room, WC and wash hand basin.
