It comes with three bedrooms, comprising of a family bedroom with a double and a single, a double bedroom and a single bedroom, together sleeping six people and served by a shower room and two cloakrooms. Completing the interior is a kitchen/dining room, a sitting/dining room with a gas fire and a conservatory. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a rear garden with table and chairs. Brookvale Road promises to be a wonderful getaway to enjoy all year around. The property can be decorated for Christmas upon request. Note: £25 pet supplement charge per pet per week

Mumbles Lighthouse and Dylan Thomas Birth Place are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at RSPB Cwm Clydach Reserve and WWT Llanelli Wetland Centre. Clyne Gardens and Blackpill Lido are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with rock climbing, cycling, and hiking/biking trails nearby.
