This Grade II listed, 300 years old, stone-built, semi-detached cottage is quirky and rustic, and close to the A1 making it easily accessible to the north and south. For those who want to use public transport, there is a bus stop just 85 yards away.

This wonderful abode is located in the village of Colsterworth, close to Isaac Newton’s home, the historic National Trust Woolsthorpe Manor and Grantham, which has a busy Saturday farmers market. Nearby there are many places of interest including castles, country houses, gardens, Rutland Water, Burghley Horse Trials and many other attractions. Other places of interest nearby include Vale of Belvoir, 10 miles, Grimsthorpe castle, 10 miles and the WW2 Air Force bomber base, with an old ruin of a runway still visible.
