Spacious six-bedroom, two-bathroom detached house just a 10 minutes drive to super sandy beaches at Bournemouth, Branksome Chine, Durley Chine or Alum Chine. A super location for a large family gathering and exploring Dorset.

Entrance hall leading to the smart living room with feature fireplace and doors leading to the garden. Spacious kitchen / dining room with further feature fireplace and log burner. Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, feature 5 burner gas hob, electric Aga oven, American fridge / freezer, wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave. French doors leading to the garden. Separate utility room with washing machine. Ground floor bedroom with Superking 6ft double bed and bunk beds. Ground floor bathroom with bath, separate corner shower, sink and toilet. Stairs to the first floor and four bedrooms - master bedroom with a superkingsize 6ft double bed. Bedroom 2 with standard 4ft 6ins double bed. Bedroom 3 with standard 4ft 6ins double bed and bedroom 4 with 2x single 3ft beds. All smartly furnished. Family bathroom with bath, separate walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Stairs to the second floor where there is single bedroom and an office area in the hallway area.

Outside is a wrap around garden with patio area, shingle and decking areas, a great space to relax after a long day on the beach!

Parking - 1 off-road parking spaces to the front of the house. Additional on street parking (first-come, first-served).

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).
