The space
This house is ideal for a large family or group wanting to be close to Poole and Bournemouth town centres. It's a traditional but spacious Victorian House, which is clean, well-maintained and homely. The open fire makes the lounge particularly warm and cosy on dark winter evenings, and there are plenty of family board games and books to keep guests of all ages happy. This house is a great place to make some great holiday memories!
Guest access
You have access to the whole house and garden except for one locked cupboard on the top floor where linen is kept and the shed which stores gardening equipment. There is a covered area beside the shed where bikes, canoes and other sports equipment can be kept / locked.
Other things to note
There are steps leading down from the front drive to the front door, so accessibility is limited for guests with any mobility concerns.

This vacation home is located in Parkstone, a neighborhood in Poole. The area's natural beauty can be seen at New Forest National Park and Dorset Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, while Lighthouse, Poole's Centre for the Arts and Bournemouth Pavillion Theatre are cultural highlights. Traveling with kids? Consider Sandbanks Beach, or check out an event or a game at Vitality Stadium.
