Situated in a beautiful well kept chalet park. There is a seasonal heated outdoor pool and a play area for the youngsters. There is also a Clubhouse/restaurant that provides entertainment for adults and children and serves good food and has a licenced bar.
Recently updated with new furniture to lounge and bedrooms and Wifi specific to this chalet which is unusual on this site as most other chalets rely on the WIFI at the club house.
Well equipped chalet. Please note guests must bring own sheets, fitted sheet, quilt covers and hand/bath towels. I double in main room and two singles in 2nd bedroom.
On each bed is a mattress protector and pillow protectors. Guests are asked to fit there own sheet over the mattress protector a quilt cover and pillow cases.

You will need to bring bath, beach and hand towels.

Tea towels are provided. Duvet and pillows are provided for each bed.

ONE well behaved DOG only. Please bring their own bedding as they are NOT allowed on the furniture.

Thoroughly cleaned at the end of each visit and Deep cleaned at the start of each season to ensure high degree of hygiene.

Close to the broads and rivers, shops, takeaways, pubs etc.

Stalham is well situated for the many attractions in this part of Norfolk. An old steamboat sails from Stalham Staithe nearby. 15 minutes away you will find the clean beaches at Sea Palling and Waxham. Stalham is an ideal location for cycling, bird watching, fishing and walking. You can hire a day boat nearby to explore the Broads. You can have a day out in historic Norwich only 15 miles away. There is a large local Tesco a few minutes walk from the chalet.
Stalham is also famed for being home to one of the oldest and smallest Fire Stations in the country. Although no longer in active service it has now a museum run by volunteers.

Just across the road is one of many marinas on The Broads, here you can hire day boats for a trip along the Broads. There is also ‘Museum of the Broads’ which gives interesting facts about the area.

Exploring further out, there are many places to visit whatever your interests.

• Sea Palling. (closest beach from the chalet. Huge sandy beach and doggy friendly).

• Cromer. (famed for Cromer Crabs and its RNLI lifeboat station).

• Norwich City Centre. (Shopping center. We recommend using the Park & Ride system).

• Wroxham. (Shopping and Day boat hire, Wroxham Barns and Steam Railway).

• Great Yarmouth. (Traditional seaside town with a huge sandy beach and amusements).
Check in is via a secure key lock so no person to person check in - you will be given the key code, via email, a few days prior to your stay please ensure you have this upon arrival. For guests arriving late at night a touch is recommended as it gets very dark.

Please note:- No Smoking or Vaping. No parties or events. No BBQ's on site.

The electric meter takes £1 coins only and it is your responsibility to have enough for the duration of your stay. There will always be £5 in credit when you arrive. Please make sure there is at least £5 remaining when you leave.

Although providing facilities for children the park is peaceful and relaxing. Directly in front of the chalet is a very large green you can use to relax and play on although the park does not permit the use of barbecues.

Heating is provided by wall mounted panel heaters located in each room, For the chilly nights there are also throws/blankets to ensure you stay warm.

The chalet has recently been re-furbished with new beds and new sofas etc. Hairdryer provided. Freesat, DVD player and mini music center and an Iron. Free WIFI in the chalet.

PLEASE NOTE:
Due to the pandemic we ask guests to respect the cleaner who will attend after your stay and we polity ask that all hard surfaces, handles etc are wiped over with a mild bleach solution and that toilets are clean and bleached as you leave. We also ask that all used face masks and tissues etc are disposed of hygienically. We thank you in advance for you cooperation with this.

Check in is 3pm and checkout is 10am.

PLEASE NOTE THE CHALET PARK CLOSES END OCTOBER AND RE OPENS IN MARCH. OPENS FOR XMAS FROM 23RD DEC TO 3RD JAN BUT CLUBHOUSE IS NOT OPEN. WEEKENDS ARE AVAILABLE ALL YEAR - FRIDAY AFTER 3PM UNTIL MONDAY 10 AM. PLEASE CHECK FOR DATES.
