Beautiful Edwardian villa just metres from the sea, sleeps 12, Hunstanton

Norfolk. Sleeps up to 12

Northernhay is our holiday house in Hunstanton on the North Norfolk coast. It is a large, comfortable, Edwardian villa on the south side of Boston Square built at the turn of the last century, when Hunstanton first became popular as a seaside resort. Constructed from the local brown sandstone, it retains several ‘Arts & Crafts’ features.

Downstairs there is a kitchen/breakfast room, utility room with wet room adjoining, dining room with an additional seating area and a sitting room complete with sun room leading it off it. On the first floor the master bedroom has sea views. There are also two other double rooms (one of which has an en suite bathroom) one twin room room, separate loo and bathroom and a children’s bedroom which has bunk-beds. On the second floor there is an attic room with twin beds which is suitable as an overflow in summer for teenagers but not small children. The attic room is really only suitable in the warmer months as there is no central heating in it.

In all the house will comfortably sleep ten or a party of up to 12 (maximum) including children.

There is a pretty lawned garden with a patio area and seating.
This a family seaside home not a luxury hotel! Luckily we get many repeat family bookings.

Located in Hunstanton, this vacation home is near the beach. Norfolk Coast and Wild Ken Hill reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Paint Me Ceramics and Rainbow Park. Traveling with kids? Consider SEA LIFE Hunstanton and Norfolk Lavender.

Explore the East of England

Not only the North Norfolk Coast with its vast beaches like Holkham, and salt marshes at Blakeney and Cley, the East of England offers historic Cambridge, Ely Cathedral, the calm beauty of the Broads, pretty villages of Suffolk and a variety of wildlife. It's no surprise it appeals to artists, photographers, cyclists and bird watchers.
