Maximum occupancy for this property is 6 adults and 2 children. We will not accept bookings of more the 6 adults.

If your a foodie then you will love discovering the many restaurants and bars each town has to offer, dining opposite Margate's golden main sands or Broadstairs beautiful Viking Bay or eating overlooking Ramsgate's Royal harbour there's always something tempting to choose from.

Ground Floor

The stylish and vibrant lounge has a large velour sofa and a love seat, ornamental feature fireplace and a Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and catch up TV channels.

The chic kitchen / diner provides absolutely everything you will need to cook up a storm during your stay. All appliances are fully integrated, including fridge freezer, dishwasher, double oven and single oven, gas hob with 5 burners, double butlers sink and bean to cup coffee machine. At the heart of the kitchen is the large central island / dining area seating 6. French doors open out onto the sunny part landscaped / part decked garden with patio furniture and gas BBQ.

The first of four bedrooms is located on the ground floor. Classically decorated, the room has a double bed with storage and hanging space.

The accommodation also benefits from having two bathrooms. The modern downstairs bathroom has corner shower, basin and toilet. The washing machine is also located in the downstairs bathroom.

First Floor

The second of four bedrooms is located on the first floor. Decorated with warm colours, it features a King-size bed, feature fireplace and fitted wardrobes.

The luxurious master bathroom has beautiful gold detailing and marble effect tiled floor. There is a stylish free-standing bath with hand-held shower, large rain shower, vanity unit and toilet.

There is also another separate toilet on this floor.

Second Floor

The final two double bedrooms are in the eaves. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a toddler bed (cot with no sides) as shown in the photo. There is also a travel cot. Bedroom 2 has two full size low level single beds perfect for infants and children.
