In the glorious Kentish countryside this cottage is ideal for quiet 'getaways', Historic Canterbury is a twenty minute drive, Dover only twelve miles. Garden: To the rear there is a large mature garden and garden terrace with teak table and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue. At the front there is a pretty cottage style garden with seating.
Parking: For a maximum of three cars at the front of the property.
Heating: Storage and electric heaters throughout plus working fire.
Notes: This property is of a high standard, however, a Visit Britain 2 Star grading has been given due to the downstairs 4' 6" double bed being located next to the wall, which is unavoidable. To access the bathroom from two of the upstairs bedrooms requires either going through the double bedroom or going downstairs and back up second flight of stairs to the main bathroom or use the downstairs shower room. Really only suitable for up to 8 adults . A security deposit of £150 is payable with the booking balance.
