Inside, you will also find a utility room, a first-floor cloakroom, a kitchen, and a living/dining room with an electric fire. To the outside is roadside parking. Located in a desirable setting and close to lovely scenery, Beech Tent Lane Cottage is a wonderful cottage for a family escape to Scotland.

Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiIFi and a selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking. Sorry, no smoking. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: There are three steps up to the first-floor king-size bedroom, please take care. Note: Due to the stairs being quite steep, this property is unfortunately not suitable for those with mobility issues

A wealth of countryside falls around the area, with The Borders offering a plethora of walking and cycling routes, be it on the coast, or over the breath-taking hillsides or forests. The towns of Coldstream, Jedburgh, Kirk Yetholm and Wooler are just a short drive away too!

Located in Kelso, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Floors Castle and Mellerstain House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Borders Abbeys Way and Kelso Racecourse. Traveling with kids? Consider Scott's View and Woodside Garden Centre. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
