During the school summer holiday our change over day is Friday and our minimum stay is seven days. But at all other times we offer short breaks with a minimum of three days and we can also offer longer lets.

The location is excellent, close to the town, Downs and beach, and suitable for families:
• 5 minute walk to Shanklin Seafront with its golden beach, mini golf, amusement arcades, beach cafés, pubs and restaurants.
• 5 minute walk to Shanklin’s main shopping area, railway station, and bus station.
• 7 minute walk to Shanklin Old Village with its characterful pubs, restaurants and gift shops.
• 3 minute walk to the cliff path which leads to the resort of Sandown, with hotels and cafés along the way.

This is a no smoking apartment. Unfortunately, we can't accept pets.

Located in Shanklin, this apartment is near the beach. Shanklin Old Village and Appuldurcombe House are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Sandown Pier and Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Waterside Swimming Pool or Fratton Park. Sailing and surfing/body boarding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
