Foxstones Farm house provides a comfortable, grand and unforgettable stay! The spacious master bedroom benefits from a double bed, a settee & ample storage. Soak up the sun through the double windows and enjoy the peace of the countryside. The second bedroom has two single beds and a further third bedroom has an additional single bed.

Situated in the quiet village of Cliviger, near Burnley Lancashire. Ideally located to visit the whole of the North West of England, with countryside, bustling cities and the seaside, all accessible within an hour. The village has a hairdressers, a shop, petrol station, pubs and much more! Down the stone steps you are greeted by a cosy front garden with table and chairs perfect area for BBQs or a quiet breakfast while planning your days activities. Entering the property you will find a grand entrance hallway, to the right you will find a spacious living area containing everything you need for a relaxing break. There is a three-seat sofa and armchair, TV and table.

Through the door you will find a separate utility room housing a washer and dryer, with a door leading to the rear enclosed patio. Through to the modern kitchen there is a dining table seating five where you can enjoy your home cooked meal or relax and experience a local take away. The kitchen is provided with everything you need to make you feel at home. Fully equipped for anything, the property benefits from a large electric aga which the owners would use as a source of heating in the winter! The property benefits from a downstairs bathroom with a shower cubicle, low level WC and pedestal wash hand basin. Wander upstairs where you will find the spacious master bedroom, a perfect place where you can unwind from a fabulous day of exploring.
