The property comfortably hosts up to 16 people with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 6 WC’s, 2 lounges and a stunning kitchen, dining area.
The house has gas central heating, fibre broadband, WIFI and the 2 lounges are fitted with HD TV's, Freeview, cable TV, CD, radio, bluetooth stereo speakers and additional sofa beds.
The gardens include private lawns, a large patio with loungers and well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking inside of the property.
Modern home comforts are in the kitchen with Neff double oven, wine fridge, microwave, plate warming drawer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and an induction hob set in a large marble island cooking and breakfast bar. The dining area comfortably seats 16 persons for breakfast / dinner. Open the glass doors and you can eat al fresco.
The utility area includes a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities, bed linen and towels are all included and travel cot and highchair are provided on request.
There is a secure garage for storage of your bikes and outdoor equipment and a wireless alarm system throughout the house.
This vacation home is located in Ashbourne. Ashbourne Golf Club and Whiston Hall Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Peak District National Park and Consall Nature Park. Alton Towers and Edward and Vintage are also worth visiting.
