Accessed via electric gates and a sweeping drive, as you step through the glass door into the bright and airy signature kitchen you’ll immediately notice the most spectacular beamed vaulted ceiling. There’s a selection of living spaces in which to relax and enjoy, and each of the four good sized comfortable bedrooms share modern en-suite facilities via a Jack and Jill arrangement. The conversion has been completed to a beautifully high specification throughout, and includes luxury additions such as full underfloor heating and a Norwegian wood burning stove for cosy winter evenings. Externally there’s a large south facing patio, ample private parking and the barn sits within six acres of grounds just perfect for exploring. For those of an equestrian nature, stables and grazing is also available for up to three horses.
The location is both tranquil and secluded, yet with many eateries and bars available within the surrounding area. Nearby Kirkham (10 minutes) offers plenty of cafés, pubs and takeaways as well as being home to the superb Ribby Hall Village, where you can purchase day passes for their luxurious on site spa. The coastal resorts of Lytham and St Annes can be reached in around 15 minutes, and between them boast a variety of bars, cafés, shops and restaurants. St Annes also offers a huge beautiful beach with colourful beach huts. The area is internationally famous for golf with four championship golf courses to choose from, and host a variety of events such as Lytham Proms and St Annes Kite Festival. The glitz and glamour of neighbouring Blackpool can also be reached in around 15 minutes and swapping the coast for countryside the Forest of Bowland AONB, Lake District National Park, Ribble Valley and Yorkshire Dales National Park are all easily accessible in around one hour.

Located in Preston, this vacation home is in a rural area and near theme parks. Glasform and Thornton Little Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Poulton-le-Fylde Golf Club and Blackpool Wake Park. Traveling with kids? Consider Blackpool Pleasure Beach, or check out an event or a game at Stanley Park Cricket Ground. Kayaking and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and cycling nearby.
