Venture South towards the Ribble Estuary, an area of sand flats & salt marshes that is home to a variety of birdlife, while the city of Preston, with excellent shopping and dining out opportunities, is within easy reach. Head north towards the city of Lancaster and the picturesque Morecambe Bay, while also being within easy reach of stunning walking and cycling trails through moorland in the Forest of Bowland AONB.
