The Space:
This modern two double bedroom apartment is ideal to couples, groups of friends, business travellers or anyone looking to stay centrally in Bristol. Set up with bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and shower in the bath, fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need to make a meal, a big living room with TV and a washing machine.
If you are looking to come to Bristol and be in a central location, then this is the flat. We have installed a key safe so that guests can check in whenever is convenient for them, and once in, you will feel relaxed. The apartment isn't directly on any roads so you will have a quiet nights sleep!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole apartment. Nothing is blocked off so you can feel at home.
Other Things to Note:
Unfortunately, there is a slight smell of smoke in the property that we have done everything to get rid of. We will continue to do all we can, but just to let you know that if you are sensitive to this, then this maybe isn't the property for you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs due to the short change around time our cleaners have to prepare the property.
As the property doesn't have any gas we don't have a need for a carbon Monoxide monitor, so don't worry about us not having one!

Guests are given the opportunity to enjoy this property as their own during their stay, with self check in and the independence to enjoy their stay.
This apartment is located in Bristol. Stockwood Vale Golf Club and The Kendleshire Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit We The Curious and Clifton Downs and Observatory. SS Great Britain and University of Bristol Botanic Garden are also worth visiting.
