14 The Landings is a luxury 4 bedroom semi-detached lakeside lodge set within the exclusive Watermark Resort. The lodge is situated right on the waters edge of The Landings Lake which is just one of many lakes in the Cotswold Water Park near Cirencester. This really is the idyllic setting for a relaxing get away from it all break. Fishing, sailing, golf, waterskiing, windsurfing, paddleboarding, cycling and much more right on your doorstep.

14 The Landings is a self catering holiday lodge which is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard. The lodge is always fully made up and left ready for guests to arrive so that as soon as you walk in the front door you can sit and relax or alternatively drop your things off and head out to explore.

Where to go & What to do:

Situated within the Cotswold Water Park near Cirencester, 14 The Landings is the perfect place from which to explore the Cotswold countryside. It is nearby to stately homes such as Berkeley Castle, Sudeley Castle, Blenheim Palace and nearby cities and towns including Bath, Bristol, Oxford, Cheltenham, Stow on the Wold and Stratford upon Avon.

Cirencester is only 7 minutes away. It was once Corinium, the second city of Roman Britain, and is now a lovely Cotswold market town with an excellent museum showing many Roman artefacts, a beautiful church, lots of lovely shops, cafes and restaurants.

Whether you enjoy watersports, angling, bird watching, horse riding, tennis, luxury spas, cycling, visiting local farms, shopping or just exploring the local area you won't be disappointed. With more than 140 lakes and covering over 40 square miles, the Cotswold Water Park offers the widest possible choice of recreational activities:

Lakeside Wake & Ski: If you are looking for action then Spring Lake has it. They offer slalom skiing, waterskiing, wakeboarding and lots of inflatable rides. Please check their website for Winter opening times.

The Lakeside Brasserie: overlooking Spring Lake is the Resort's local Brasserie. A perfect venue for all the family it provides everything from snacks to lunches and evening meals. During the summer there are often BBQ's on the outdoor terrace. Please check their website for Winter/out of season hours

Fishing: You can fish from the shared jetty outside your lodge. The Landings has large Carp, Pike, Tench etc... You will need a rod licence and there is no overnight fishing allowed. There is a fully stocked fishing shop called The Tackle Den within walking distance from the lodge where you can purchase equipment & bait.

Spa 6 at The De Vere Hotel is a luxury spa where you can discover a haven for the body and mind. Spa 6 is a truly tranquil setting for an enviable range of beauty treatments and spa facilities designed to pleasure, pamper, enhance your fitness and ensure you enjoy a genuine spa experience. The Spa is the perfect place to experience some real 'me-time' and is only a 15 min walk from the lodge.

Walking: You have beautiful lakeside walk around the Water Park right on your doorstep. If you're wanting to explore a little more then it's only a 5-10 minute drive north leading you to some of the most stunning walks in the UK with beautiful rolling Cotswold countryside, hidden footpaths and very few walkers, so you will really have the feeling of getting away from it all.

Golf: For golfing enthusiasts, there are two local course - an 18 hole championship course and an 18 hole intermediate course. If you book 14 The Landings then we give you one round for two people per booking but please note this is subject to availability.

On the doorstep there are the following:
• Windsurfing, Paddleboarding, Rowing, Canoeing, Kayaking and Dinghy sailing available on a number of lakes within a few minutes walk or drive.

• Cycling: There is a 12-mile circuit around the lakes, half of it off road, as well as miles of country lanes and bridleways to explore. For the more adventurous, there are plenty of hills that offer more challenging cycling and outstanding views. Bike hire available through an outside provider - they will deliver to the lodge.

• Horseriding: The Cotswolds offers perfect riding country and there is a school near to the Watermark that provides both tuition as well as trekking opportunities for the more experienced rider.

• Cotswold Country Park & Beach: this is located nearby. Here you will find a man-made beach for sunbathing and swimming, along with an inflatable obstacle coarse, nature walks, BBQ areas, water zorbing, paddleboarding, crazy golf, kayaking, rowing, a coffee/gift shop.
