William Watkins (renowned Victorian architect) original family home which he designed and built in 1875. He resided here while Mayor of Lincoln. Fully restored and partially extended in 2018.

All original features kept and/or restored - including its unique porch which contains over two tonnes of Oak and Stained Glass. Fully renovated internally including a 500 ft2 kitchen/dining area and landscaped gardens.

Five double bedrooms, (including double bunk room to sleep four) three of which are en-suite. Downstairs playroom and snug each include sofa beds to accommodate four extra guests.

The Cathedral can be viewed from the South of the property and the historic Bailgate/Castle Square are a short walk away.

This vacation home is located in Lincoln. Lincoln Golf Club and Blankney Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Hartsholme Country Park and Toft Newton Reservoir. Lincolnshire Showground and Woodside Wildlife & Falconry Park are also worth visiting.
