The ground floor accommodation is made up of a family bathroom, kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with an electric stove. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and and a large enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Amelia Cottage is an ideal base for families and friends wanting to enjoy this part of East Sussex
