Sitting/Dining Room is carpeted and has a three seater sofa, matching armchairs, flat screen TV/DVD, occasional table, bookcase with a variety of books and games plus pine dining table and  four chairs - additional folding chairs available
Kitchen again with the original tiled floor is very well equipped and provides an electric double oven/grill with ceramic hob and extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and very well stocked units and built-in cupboards
Utility Room is off the hallway and houses a fridge/freezer and provides boot and coat storage
A door leads from the hall  into a small lobby off which lies a separate w.c and the main door to the garden
