Hosting four double bedrooms, able to sleep a total of eight guests with a ground and first floor bathrooms to serve. Downstairs provides an open-plan kitchen/diner, utility, a dining room with a double-sided woodburning stove and a sitting room with a double-sided woodburning stove. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture as well as off-road parking for 3-4 cars. Holly Tree Cottage is a wonderful choice for a rural break a few miles from Chester city centre.
