The Annexe is a lovely end-terrace ground floor cottage situated in the village of Burgh le Marsh just four miles from Skegness in Lincolnshire. The cottage can sleep two people in one double bedroom with an en-suite shower. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for one car and a patio with furniture. The Annexe is a delightful cottage and ideal for exploring this lovely part of the country with the coast close by.

There is a separate utility room for your exclusive use close to the property that includes an additional sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Garden furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 min walk.
