38 Dale End is a cosy, detached cottage set in a wonderful location in Brancaster Staithe, Norfolk. With three bedrooms consisting of one double with en-suite, one 4' double and one family room, up to seven people can stay. There are also two shower rooms, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with an electric stove. Outside, there is off road parking for one car, ample roadside parking just beside the cottage, secure bike storage in the garage and a private, enclosed garden. Nearby is the beach and harbour, plus a selection of independent shops, a couple of pubs and a cafe, making 38 Dale End a fabulous choice for your Norfolk getaway.

Amenities: Oil central heating with electric stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, Wifi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car, plus ample roadside parking beside property. Secure bike storage in garage. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 5 mins walk. Beach 2 miles. Please note wifi is basic and not suitable for streaming or gaming.
