Welcome to our family beach house! New to Air B&B. Make some happy memories at our family fun beach house situated at Eccles-on-sea, with fun decor and a stones throw from the beach it is perfectly positioned for your holiday/escape! Views of the fields from both bedrooms and a private garden and patio area. Sleeps 5, pets are welcome too!
Ideal for walking, cycling, wild swimming, paddle boarding or just taking in our beautiful stunning Norfolk coast sights (near by sights below)
The space
Facilities include:
1 x Super king bed (bedding & towels provided)
1 x Triple bunk (bedding & towels provided)
1 x Toddler Bed- let us know if you would like these made up.
Kitchen - includes a table and seating for four plus a high chair. Cooking facilities. Fridge/freezer. Kettle, toaster, microwave. Welcome pack with essentials. Washing machine.
Living room - Sofas x 2, armchairs x 2. TV & DVD player.
Bathroom - Bath, shower, WC & sink.
Outside, garden, patio area & BBQ.
All bedding & towels are provided. Central heating.
No Wifi.
Guest access
Check in after 3pm / Check out before 11am.

Perfect location for a holiday on the Norfolk coast. Situated on the bush estate in Eccles-on-sea, with access to a quiet beach. Walking distance to Happisburgh (light house) stopping at Cart Gap on route, where our favourite cafe Small Sticks is. Or in the opposite direction Sea Palling a seaside town with amusement's, fish and chips and doughnuts! Both locations are dog friendly.

This vacation home is located in Norwich. Happisburgh Lighthouse and How Hill Trust are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include East Ruston Old Vicarage and The Museum of the Broads. Hoveton Hall Gardens and Sim-Air are also worth visiting.
