Rottal Farmhouse is a delightful, detached farmhouse on a working farm, on the owner’s estate in the middle of majestic Glen Clova, 12 miles from Kirriemuir and can sleep eight people. There is a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a ground floor twin bedroom, as well as a bathroom. Owners will need to be advised 21 days before arrival re twin/double layout requests..The farmhouse also has a kitchen with dining area, a dining room with an open fire and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside there is ample off road parking, lockable bike storage and a lawned garden to the front and side with furniture. Rottal Farmhouse is a wonderful base for your peaceful holiday in Scotland. This property has a £200 Good Housekeeping Bond payable 7 days in advance and the owner will return the £200 within 7 days of the holiday ending providing the cottage is left in the same condition as on arrival
