The cottage has one double bedroom, one twin room and a family room, which with the addition of two family bathrooms make it suitable for seven people. The cottage also has a farmhouse kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room and a snug, both with open fires. Outside the cottage has off road parking for four cars and a large enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Perfect for discovering the Dales and with many walks from its doorstep, Sunnyside Cottage is a wonderful family holiday home.

Located in Richmond, this cottage is in a rural area. Georgian Theatre Royal and Middleham Castle are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Catterick Golf Club and Bedale Golf Club. Millgate House Garden and Luke Searle Golf Simulator are also worth visiting.
