With three bedrooms across the first and second floor, including one four poster king-size double and one twin (which can be converted into a king-size double on request), both with en-suites, and a family room with two sets of adult bunks, up to eight people can stay here in comfort. There's also a first floor shower room, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room. Outside, there is an enclosed rooftop terrace with furniture and a barbecue plus parking available in nearby public car parks, less than five minutes' walk away and charged at £12 per week. Berlin House occupies a wonderful location and provides exclusive holiday accommodation for a seaside getaway to remember.

Parking in nearby public car park (less than 5 mins walk and charged at £12/week May - Sep inclusive, £6/week Oct - Apr inclusive) with unloading outside. Enclosed roof terrace with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and beach 2 mins walk. Note: Check-in 4pm.
