White Gables is a detached cottage, situated in the owners grounds, on the outskirts of the village of Great Clifton, 5 miles from Cockermouth and 18 miles from Keswick. This cottage sleeps up to 12 people and has 6 bedrooms, consisting of two twin bedrooms, one king size double and one double with an ensuite shower room on the upper ground floor and one twin and one children's bunks with sofa's, TV and pool table on the lower ground floor, as well as a two upper ground floor family shower rooms, and a lower ground floor bathroom with roll top bath. The cottage also has an open plan living area with sitting area, fitted kitchen area and dining area. Outside, this cottage has ample off road parking and a lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. White Gables is a superb family holiday home in a beautiful area of the Lake District, perfect at any time of year.

Town: The village of Great Clifton is situated five miles from the town of Cockermouth on the edge of the Lake District National Park. The area around the village is largely undiscovered and unspoilt with the Loweswater valley and mountains offering dramatic views and scenary. Cockermouth is the birthplace of William Wordsworth, with his Georgian family home now a popular visitor attraction, owned by the National Trust, plus the town offers shops, pubs and places to eat. The area is also renowned for wonderful walking and cycling.

This cottage is located in Workington. Wordsworth House and Garden and Wordsworth House are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake District National Park and Solway Coast. Opera Bingo and Funtastic Softplay Centre are also worth visiting.
