An attractive and spacious flat with high ceilings and beautiful, Victorian-style coving and fireplaces. It is finished with modern, stylish furnishings and facilities. The open plan kitchen opens onto the welcoming lounge area that is home to a number of board games, making it perfect for socialising and hanging-out.
The flat has 2 bedrooms; there is a quiet bedroom at the back of the house with kingsize bed and a bright airy twin room at the front of the property.

I do own both a travel cot and high chair. Please advise if these are required for your stay so I can drop them off at the flat beforehand. We have also added some beach toys which you are more than welcome to borrow - just please place them back!

The flat is based on a large residential road leading down to the seafront. It is in a building with full time tenants so guests will need to be mindful of this.

Please be aware flat is on the lowest floor of the property but there are steps leading up to the front door.
Please keep noise to a minimum when entering and exiting the building and also after 10pm at night in the apartment as the building houses long term tenants in the other flats.

PLEASE NOTE - IF BOOKING FOR 28 DAYS OR MORE A REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF £500 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY TO THE HOST SEPARATELY and THE CLEANING FEE WILL BE INCREASED TO £110.

If you are looking for an early check in this will only be possible if there is no booking the previous night. 12pm would be the earliest. We offer 1hr early check in FOC. Additional hrs are charged at £20 per hr.

Enjoy staying within 10 minutes of the gorgeous and historic seafront, whilst having a wealth of activities, restaurants and bars to choose from. The road the accommodation is on leads straight down to the seafront or the other direction takes you to a main eclectic road with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.

Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits, which can be purchased for £3 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.

Parking permits are required if you’re travelling by car and can be purchased via the Marketplace in the digital guidebook we send to you before your arrival. This is so you can park on-street during your stay. It is not for a personal parking space.

A travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the Marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival.

Please be mindful of quiet hours between 11pm – 8am.

All of our properties are non-smoking as the comfort of our guests is very important to us. If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.
