Brockenhurst village centre is within walking distance and offers a wonderful choice of bars, restaurants, and shops to enjoy. This is the ideal place for a couples retreat or a family getaway, to include your four legged friends. Head a little further afield and you will find some great beaches at Bournemouth Avon beach at Mudeford, or why not take the ferry over for a day trip to the Isle of Wight, from nearby Lymington. Enter this stylish annexe into the open plan lounge/diner and snuggle in front of the TV whilst enjoying the warmth of the gas fired wood burner. Gather around the dining table and enjoy a meal whipped up in the well equipped kitchen, which comes complete with electric combination oven/microwave and induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. The annexe benefits a utility area with washer/dryer and storage, with the shower room and WC completing the space. Step out through the patio doors from the lounge and enjoy breath taking views over the New Forest. Sit and relax around the outdoor table and enjoy some al fresco dining. There is allocated parking for one car at the front of the annexe, with an electric car charging point. This is a shared drive with the owners who live on site.
