Access the property up a flight of external stone steps from the 1 parking space. Head inside and up five stairs and you’re greeted by a light and newly refurbished lobby area where you can leave coats and shoes.

Off the lobby to the right, you will find the first bedroom – a twin room with two single beds, a good amount of storage and a television. Also off the lobby is a single bedroom, again with its own television, and the family bathroom, which has a walk-in shower.

The contemporary living room is a warm, welcoming, and convivial space that lets in lots of natural light and has charming views of Batson. It’s complete with a large coffee table, television and DVD player This leads to an open plan kitchen and dining area with breakfast bar that seats 5, which is fitted with high end Miele appliances including microwave, oven and dishwasher.

Head upstairs and you will find the master suite in the loft. It has a Super king sized bed, a television, plenty of storage and an en suite bathroom complete with a raised freestanding bath. Open the skylights and you can once again enjoy those views of Batson.

Favourite feature: The house is perfectly located for strolling to all Salcombe’s main attractions, whether it’s the beach or the shops and restaurants in town.

Need to know: The property comes with an allocated parking space – a valuable rarity in Salcombe. Please note that the parking is on a steep slope. The property is also accessed up two flight of steps, which is worth keeping in mind in case of pushchairs or any mobility issues.
