This superb location is ideal for a wonderful relaxing holiday. Just a short drive to the market town amenities of Barnstaple including a good choice of pubs, restaurants, shops etc and the popular village of Braunton with its surf shops, cafes and independent shops. The unspoilt beauty of Exmoor and the area's finest, sandy beaches including Croyde and Woolacombe are also very easily accessible.
Upcott House is personally supervised by the resident owner, whose family home this has been since it was built in 1752. Whilst offering the chance to enjoy living in a truly splendid location, the atmosphere is totally relaxed and unpretentious with a wide range of leisure amenities to ensure that all guests can enjoy their stay whether they are seeking pure relaxation or an active, sociable holiday.
All accommodation is well maintained and equipped, and comfortably furnished throughout in mainly modern style.

Detached single-storey cottage in private elevated setting yet close to main house amenities and with superb estuary views from all living areas. Two bedrooms - double (plus extra single if required) and twin bedded. Attractive bathroom/wc with hand held shower over bath and seperate shower cubicle. Very comfortable living room with 32" TV, DVD and exceptional views. Recently fitted, well equipped kitchen/diner with elec cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. Private patio with barbecue and garden furniture.
