Summary:
Our 3 storey townhouse located in the desirable new build area, Kingsmere in Bicester, just a few minutes walk to Bicester Village shopping centre & train station. On your doorstep you have Pure Gym, M&S Food, Tesco, Boots, a variety of restaurants and more, catering for all your needs. The house has a large kitchen/diner and offers flexible living along with well-equipped living spaces. All 4 of the bedrooms are equally sized large doubles with a combination of king-size beds and twins.

The Space:
The newly refurbished house, Pingle Brook House, has four spacious bedrooms and sleeps up to eight people. The large kitchen/diner is a social space and a great place to eat and relax together.



Living Room

Our cosy living room boasts a sizeable corner sofa alongside two single arm chairs for relaxing in. You can log in to your own Netflix/Amazon Prime account on the Smart TV so you can continue to binge watch your favourite programmes if you desire.



Kitchen/Diner

Our spacious kitchen/diner is the heart of the house and allows all guests to enjoy the social space together. The table comfortably seats eight people. The fully equipped kitchen incudes everything to make your stay as easy as possible. There is; dishwasher, washing machine, oven, electric hob, full-length fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, glasses, cutlery, pans and utensils.



W/C

In the hallway of the house there is a W/C with a wash basin. This handy facility means you don’t have to go upstairs to use the bathroom and makes life easier when there is a full house.



Bedroom 1 and 2

The first two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The dual aspect windows allow for lots of light to brighten up the rooms, making them a lovely space to be in. Bedroom 1 has a king size double bed whereas Bedroom 2 has twin single beds. Each room has a decent sized wardrobe to hang and store your clothes and each room also has a full-length mirror. There is a dressing table/desk in both rooms as well as plenty of plug sockets for your electronics. A fan is available to use in each room.



Family Bathroom

The first floor also boasts a modern bathroom which has a bath, a toilet, a sink and a separate spacious shower cubicle, with both a waterfall shower head and a handheld shower head. We provide hand soap and body wash as well as towels for each guest.



Bedroom 3

The third bedroom is located on the top floor and has two single beds, a spacious wardrobe, a full-length mirror and a dressing table/desk. Much like the other bedrooms, the room has dual aspect windows so the room is light and bright.



Master Bedroom

The master bedroom on the top floor of the house offers a luxurious king-sized bed with an ensuite shower room. Like the other bedrooms, it has a full-length mirror, dual aspect windows, a dressing table/desk and a wardrobe. There is also a hairdryer available and a fan. The ensuite has a toilet, sink and a spacious shower cubicle with hand soap and body wash provided.



Outdoor Area

The outdoor patio area is south-facing so is a great place to enjoy in the sunshine. The area can be accessed through the patio doors from the kitchen-diner and has a back gate which leads out to the parking spaces. There is an ash tray situated outside where used cigarettes must be placed and it should be noted that there is no smoking inside the house. You will feel safe in the house and CCTV cameras have been installed on the exterior walls to provide extra security and peace of mind.



Parking

There are two off-street parking spaces at the rear/side of the house which can be accessed by driving around the back. One parking space is situated up against the side wall, directly in front of the back gate and the other parking space is located in front of the nearest garage to the house. On-street parking is also available close to the house for any additional vehicles.



Location and Local Amenities

The house is located just off the A41 which means it has great links to local attractions. In a less than ten minute walk you can be shopping in designer outlet Bicester Village, Bicester Avenue, Bicester shopping centre and the house is a short distance away from Bicester town centre. It is also important to note that there is a 24 hour Tesco only a 5 minute walk from the house which means you can pick up the essentials any time of the day or night. There are lots of children’s play parks, sports fields, and outdoor gyms very close by. The town also has a cinema, ten pin bowling, leisure centre and an indoor trampoline park for the active ones.

Located in Bicester, the house has fantastic links to the amenities in the town and beyond. Bicester North train station goes from London, through to Birmingham and links to the North. The house is only a 20-minute walk to Bicester Village train station which takes you to Oxford and you are only a 50-minute ride away from London city centre. Local bus routes are also easily accessible.

There are many attractions in the area which are well worth a visit. Blenheim Palace is a 20-minute drive from the house and makes a great day out with all of the history, architecture and culture to explore. The house isn’t far from the Cotswolds and Silverstone racing track. Head to the National Trust website to discover all of the nearby properties in the area that also make a great day out.

If you’re a foodie and prefer to eat out or grab a takeaway, you won’t be disappointed by the selection of food outlets in the local area. As well as an array of local pubs, coffee houses and fast-food outlets that are within walking distance, you can also choose from plenty of different cuisines including; Chinese, Turkish, Italian, Thai, Indian and more.

This vacation home is located in Bicester. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cotswolds and River Cherwell, while Ashmolean Museum and Oxford Playhouse are cultural highlights.
