Region: Visitors to the Cotswolds have long treasured memories of charming towns and villages built from the famous honey-coloured stone, it now boasts a thriving community of contemporary artists working from studios and shops throughout the area.

Town: Beautifully situated in the middle of the Cotswolds between Chipping Norton, Stow-on-the-Wold, and Burford, Kingham has been named England's favourite village. The Doomsday Book mentions it, and it's full with old landmarks. The majority of the town was built using the local, historic Cotswold Stone. There are two Michelin-recognized establishments in the village: the 2016 winner, The Wild Rabbit, and the 2015 winner, The Kingham Plough on the Green. It just takes 5 minutes to get to the organic farm store, cooking school, and spa at Daylesford. From Kingham, you can easily reach a wide variety of different gastropubs and restaurants on foot, by bike, or in a car.

Located in Chipping Norton, this cottage is in a rural area. Blenheim Palace and Chastleton House are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Birdland Park and Gardens and The Model Village. Dragonfly Maze and Cotswold Falconry Centre are also worth visiting. Fishing offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling, hiking, and rock climbing nearby.
