Owl Barn is a lovely cottage perfectly located to use as a touring base for exploring the east coast, or as a holiday home where you can relax in the private hot tub.. Ground Floor:

Kitchen/dining room: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: With king size bed and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: With super king size bed.
Bedroom 3: With single bed.
Bathroom: With shower cubicle, toilet and heated towel rail.. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and logs for wood burner included. Travel cot, highchair and 2 stairgates available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed back garden with patio, sitting out area, garden furniture and BBQ. Hot tub for 5 (private). 1 small dog welcome. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. . Owl Barn is situated in a peaceful, rural location between Boston and Skegness. The property is also close to RSPB Frampton marsh which is just 20 minutes drive away and is a very popular spot for birdwatchers and nature lovers to visit. For those visiting shows at Sheepgate Equestrian, Owl barn will make the perfect base as it only 2 miles away. Boston, famous for its Stump and for St Botolph’s Church which sits alongside its market place. There is also the Maud Foster Windmill which is always worth visiting, along with many good shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs for refreshment.
To the north is the traditional seaside resort of Skegness, great for a family day out with its fun fair, amusements, pier, aquarium, and long sandy beaches for strolling alongside the sea. After a day out you can return to your own cosy wood burner and a private hot tub where you can sit back and relax with open views across the fields. There are many good walks and cycle routes throughout the area, so there is plenty to keep everyone entertained. Beach 17½ miles. Shop 1.5 miles and pub 1 mile.
