The space
Alexandra place dates back to the late 18th century. The beautiful and imposing stone building first served as a home to golfer gentlemen and visitors. In the 19th century it became a luxurious hotel and more recently it has been converted into wonderful, roomy and bright apartments.

Three minutes away from the Old Course and the West Sands, right in the city center with its bars, restaurants and quaint bookshops - yet quiet enough so you enjoy the luxury and pleasure of St Andrews in complete peace. The Penthouse Apartment at Alexandra Place is a perfect base for golfers, tourists and lovers of culture. It's no wonder that Prince William and Catherine Middleton - Duke and Duchess of Cambridge - lived just across the street during their studies at the University of St Andrews.

Other things to note
Please note that the flat is on the second floor (UK terminology) with no elevator. (In US terminology it is on the third floor.)

Located in St. Andrews, this apartment is in the city center and by the sea. Craigtoun Country Park and West Sands reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include British Golf Museum and St. Andrews Aquarium. Cambo Estate Gardens and La Petite Epicerie are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
