An extremely well-equipped tranquil and cozy, self-contained luxury wooden lodge, with super king-size bed, private terrace, free parking, Wifi, TV, Washing machine Dishwasher, oven, microwave. Shower room. Wardrobe and storage spaces. Situated just off the high street of a quaint Sussex village set at the foot of the South Down National Park with beautiful walks and views. Close to shops restaurants, pubs, private cinema, and bus stop.

The design of The Lodge is light, sunny and spaciously open plan. The atmosphere is both relaxing and serene with secluded accommodation, decorated and furnished to a high standard using muted colours and French antiques together with modern luxury. The kitchen is very spacious and well-appointed. There is a good size bathroom with a large walk-in shower and heated towel rail. The bedroom area has a Super King bed with Eqyptian cotton bed linen, fluffy towels, cosy dressing robes. The kitchen is spaciously designed and fully equipped with ample worktops, a breakfast bar with stools under, a Fan assisted oven, electric hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge with an icebox. Ample storage cupboards, stocked with plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The Lodge has its own air conditioning unit. In the sitting room area, there are two small comfortable fireside chairs. The TV has a DVD player. There is an internet connection, and a clock radio with an iPod charger and dock to play your own music. The double wardrobe is spacious, and there are other storage places.

Guest will have access to the whole Lodge.

The village offers very good restaurants and quaint pubs one being a 15th-century public house all within a few moment's walk. Take a stroll around the corner to the boutique shops. The village of Hurstpierpoint offers beautiful country walks all around as we are at the foot of the South Downs National Park. If you would like to explore the regency city of Brighton or the historic market town of Lewes they are both close by. Glyndebourne the world-famous and world-class opera house is approximately 30 minutes drive away. Goodwood racecourse and Goodwood motor racing circuit are also only a 45-minute drive away.

This vacation home is located in Hassocks. The area's natural beauty can be seen at South Downs National Park and High Weald, while Ditchling Museum of Art + Craft and Hove Museum and Art Gallery are cultural highlights. Sussex Prairies Garden and Brighton Pier are also worth visiting.
