This delightful, detached Bungalow is in an excellent holiday base for walkers and cyclists, with the Offa’s Dyke Trail and Hergest Ridge close by. Well placed for exploring Herefordshire, as well as being close to the Black and White Trail, which brings many visitors to the Wye Valley. Much of Herefordshire and the border areas are easily reached, whilst the coast at Aberystwyth is about 60 miles. Leominster is 20 miles, and Hay-on-Wye, 9 miles, is convenient for the Hay Festival, whilst Ludlow, Bromyard and Hereford are just over 20 miles.
This lovely, single-storey, detached property is within easy reach of the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons, as well as being close to Hay-on-Wye, which is famous for books and festivals. Builth Wells Showground is around 12 mies away, with loads of fairs and events available throughout the year, among which is the Royal Welsh Show, an agricultural show at the end of July with a great turn out! Also within easy reach is the Hereford Cathedral, Mappa Mundi, Hereford Racecourse, Croft Castle, Oakwood Leisure, and The Cider Museum, or go canoeing at Hereford or Brecon Beacons. Other attractions well worth a visit include Hergest Croft Gardens, Westonbury Mill Water Gardens & Kinnersley Castle, there is golf available nearby.
