Rose Hips Barn is a splendid barn conversion nestled in the Lancashire countryside near the village of Wheelton and the market town of Chorley. It comprises four bedrooms; a king-size double, a double with en-suite shower room, a twin with en-suite walk-in shower and a king-size double with en-suite shower room, sleeping eight guests altogether. There is also a bathroom with a roll-top bath and walk-in shower, an open-plan living room with kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and sitting area, utility/cloakroom, dining room and sitting room. Outside is ample off-road parking and a garden with lawned area, gravelled area and patio. Rose Hips Barn is a stunning retreat to be enjoyed the year-round.

Amenities: Oil central heating with underfloor heating. Electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV, WiFi, selection of books, games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Garden with lawned area, gravelled area and patio. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Low window latches in king-size room, children to be supervised. Note: Owners have stables next door, in which you can keep horses by prior arrangement, at an extra charge.

Pendle Hill is notorious for its tales of the so called 'Pendle Witches' of Lancashire dating back to 1612; discover the moorlands engulfing the area and delve into its dramatic history along the way, there are many trails for countryside enthusiasts such as the 43-mile Pendle Way and parts of the Bronte Way. Blackburn lies on the southern edge of the Ribble Valley and offers museums, shopping, Blackburn Cathedral and Witton Country Park.

Located in Chorley, this cottage is in a rural area. Go Ape at Rivington and Waves Water Fun Centre are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Botany Bay Mill Shopping Centre and Heskin Farmers Market & Craft Centre.
