Accommodation is set over 2 floors and comprises:
Downstairs -
lounge with feature fireplace,

fully equipped kitchen,

Upstairs -
3 bedrooms (1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x single),
bathroom with bath and separate electric shower.

There is an enclosed garden to the rear and small garden area to the front along with a driveway.

There is a garage which can be available for guests use upon request - ideal for storing bikes, water sports equipment or golf clubs.

Location:
Portrush offers a great base from which to explore this stunning coast. With two beautiful beaches, championship golf course, award winning restaurants and lots more, you'll not be short of things to do - and that's without leaving the town! Plus, the top N.Ireland tourist attractions of The Giant's Causeway and Old Bushmills Distillery, to name but a few, are within 15 - 20 minutes drive.

The house itself is located in quiet residential area, just 10 - 15 minutes walk to the beaches, town centre and all the amenities on offer locally.

Please note; bed linen is provided for your stay. If you require towels, they can be hired at a cost of £10 (the total for 1 bath towel & 1 hand towel per person)

Located in Portrush, this cottage is by the sea. Causeway Coast and Hezlett House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Royal Portrush Golf Club and Royal Portrush Golf Course. Traveling with kids? Consider Barry's Amusements and Waterworld.
